they dream big & plan for their future.
I am passionate about connecting people with disabilities to opportunities for contribution & connection in their communities.
I offer facilitated Design Sessions (a.k.a. person-centered planning), as well as consultation related to customized career coaching and job development, as well as developing friendships in one's community.
I partner with staff & provider agencies to improve their employment & community inclusion services through staff development, workshops for job seekers with disabilities, and tailored consultation.
My other focus is empowering support professionals to engage in mindfulness practices to promote longevity in the field and general well-being.
